- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆The new staff have poor follow up and don't keep their word. I called with questions on Monday and was promised a followup call the next day or two. On Friday I made the follow up call myself. I was quite disappointed with this service, as this was a great State Farm Branch until Andrea Jones was promoted and moved to Las Vegas. My experience in the past few months has been rate increases on all my policies without any claims or explanations that are acceptable to me. Kristen has even meet me in Prescott and Phoenix so that I can continue to have them handle my investments and all my policies. The team in this office are the BEST.
