- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Terrible service, the staff treat customers very disrespectfully. If you call with a complaint they will be rude and decidedly unhelpful. If they tell you they will call back they don't, if they promise to fix an issue they don't. Lots of eye-rolling and out right attitude from the workers as well as the management. It makes it feel very hostile when you have to stop in to mail a package or collect mail. I recommend using a different location if possible.By Longuseless U, December 23, 2016
